1. Anyone who, during the prevention or prosecution of the acts described in the preceding article, resists or disobeys a warship or military aircraft, or another vessel or aircraft bearing clear markings and identifiable as a vessel or aircraft in the service of the Spanish State and authorized for such purpose, shall be punished with imprisonment for one to three years.
2. If force or violence is used in the aforementioned conduct, a prison sentence of ten to fifteen years shall be imposed.
3. In any case, the penalties provided for in this article shall be imposed without prejudice to those corresponding to the crimes committed. BOOK III Minor Offenses and their Penalties
