In the event that any of the crimes included in the previous Chapters of this Title are committed, except those provided for in article 614 and in sections 2 and 6 of 615 bis, and in the previous Title by an authority or public official, in addition to the penalties indicated therein, he shall be subject to absolute disqualification for a period of ten to twenty years; if he is a private individual, the judges and courts may impose on him the special disqualification for public employment or office for a period of one to ten years.
