Anyone who, on the occasion of an armed conflict, carries out or orders the carrying out of any other violations or acts contrary to the provisions of international treaties to which Spain is a party and relating to the conduct of hostilities, regulation of the means and methods of combat, protection of the wounded, sick and shipwrecked, due treatment of prisoners of war, protection of civilians and protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict, shall be punished with a prison sentence of six months to two years.
