Anyone who, during an armed conflict, commits the following acts shall be punished with imprisonment for ten to fifteen years, without prejudice to any additional penalties for the resulting harm:
1. Carrying out or ordering indiscriminate or excessive attacks, or subjecting the civilian population to attacks, reprisals, or acts or threats of violence whose primary purpose is to terrorize them.
2. Destroying or damaging, in violation of the rules of international law applicable in armed conflicts, a non-military vessel or aircraft of an adverse or neutral Party, unnecessarily and without allowing sufficient time or taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of persons and the preservation of onboard documentation.
3. Compelling a prisoner of war or civilian to serve, in any capacity, in the armed forces of the adverse Party, or depriving them of their right to a fair and impartial trial.
4. Deport, forcibly transfer, take hostage, or unlawfully detain or confine any protected person, or use them to protect certain points, areas, or military forces from attacks by the opposing party.
5. Transfer and settle, directly or indirectly, in occupied territory, the population of the occupying party for permanent residence.
6. Carry out, order the carrying out, or maintain, with respect to any protected person, practices of racial segregation and other inhuman and degrading practices based on other adverse distinctions, which constitute an outrage against personal dignity.
7. Unjustifiably impede or delay the release or repatriation of prisoners of war or civilians.
8. Declare the rights and actions of nationals of the opposing party abolished, suspended, or inadmissible before a judge or tribunal.
9. Violate the sexual freedom of a protected person by committing acts of rape, sexual slavery, induced or forced prostitution, forced pregnancy, forced sterilization or any other form of sexual assault.
