1. Those who, with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, religious, or disability-based group, commit any of the following acts, shall be punished:
1. With life imprisonment subject to review, if they kill any of its members.
2. With life imprisonment subject to review, if they sexually assault any of its members or cause any of the injuries specified in Article 149.
3. With imprisonment for eight to fifteen years, if they subject the group or any of its members to living conditions that endanger their lives or seriously impair their health, or if they cause any of the injuries specified in Article 150.
4. With the same penalty, if they carry out forced displacements of the group or its members, adopt any measure that tends to impede their way of life or reproduction, or forcibly transfer individuals from one group to another.
5. With a prison sentence of four to eight years, if they produce any other injury other than those indicated in points 2 and 3 of this section.
2. In all cases, the penalty of special disqualification from educational professions or occupations, in the teaching, sports and leisure fields, will also be imposed for a period of between three and five years longer than the duration of the prison sentence imposed, if any, in the judgment, taking into account proportionality to the seriousness of the crime and the circumstances of the offender.
