1. Anyone who violates the personal immunity of the Head of State or of another person internationally protected by a treaty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of six months to three years.
2. When the offenses covered by this article and the preceding one do not have reciprocal penalties prescribed by the laws of the country to which the offended persons belong, the offender shall be subject to the penalty that would be appropriate to the offense, in accordance with the provisions of this Code, if the offended person did not hold the official status mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
