English translation

1. Anyone who kills the Head of a foreign State, or another person internationally protected by a Treaty, who is in Spain, shall be punished with life imprisonment subject to review.

2. Anyone who causes injuries as defined in Article 149 to the persons mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be punished with imprisonment for fifteen to twenty years. If the injuries are those defined in Article 150, the punishment shall be imprisonment for eight to fifteen years, and for any other type of injury, four to eight years.

3. Any other crime committed against the persons mentioned in the preceding paragraphs, or against the official premises, private residence, or means of transport of said persons, shall be punished with the penalties established in this Code for the respective crimes, increased by half.
