Anyone who destroys, renders unusable, falsifies, or opens without authorization correspondence or documentation legally classified as reserved or secret, related to national defense and which is in their possession for reasons of their position or assignment, will be punished with a prison sentence of two to five years and special disqualification from employment or public office for a period of three to six years.
