Anyone who, by reason of their position, commission or service, has in their possession or officially knows objects or information legally classified as reserved or secret or of military interest, relating to national security or national defense, and through serious negligence causes them to be known by an unauthorized person or disclosed, published or rendered useless, shall be punished with a prison sentence of six months to one year.
