1. Anyone who, without express authorization, reproduces plans or documentation relating to military zones, installations, or materials that are restricted and whose knowledge is protected and reserved by information legally classified as classified or secret, shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to three years.
2. The same penalty shall be imposed on anyone who possesses objects or information legally classified as classified or secret, relating to national security or defense, without complying with the provisions established in current legislation.
