The following shall be punished with imprisonment for twelve to twenty years:
1. Any Spaniard who facilitates the enemy's entry into Spain, the capture of a town, military post, state ship or aircraft, or supply or armament depots.
2. Any Spaniard who entices or recruits Spanish troops or those in the service of Spain to join the enemy ranks or desert their country while on campaign.
3. Any Spaniard who recruits people or supplies arms or other effective means to wage war against Spain under enemy flags.
