When, in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 bis, a legal entity is held liable for the offenses set forth in this Chapter, the following penalties shall be imposed:
a) A fine of two to five years, or double to quadruple the damage caused if the resulting amount is higher, if the offense committed by the natural person carries a penalty of more than two years' imprisonment.
b) A fine of six months to two years, or double to triple the damage caused if the resulting amount is higher, in all other cases.
Subject to the rules established in Article 66 bis, the courts may also impose the penalties set forth in subparagraphs b) through g) of paragraph 7 of Article 33.
