For the purposes of this Code, terrorist organizations or groups shall be considered those groups which, meeting the characteristics respectively established in the second paragraph of section 1 of article 570 bis and in the second paragraph of section 1 of article 570 ter, have as their purpose or objective the commission of any of the crimes typified in the following section.
