1. In the cases provided for in this chapter, the penalty of deprivation of the right to possess and carry weapons may be imposed for a period three years longer than the prison sentence imposed.
2. Likewise, if the offender is authorized to manufacture or traffic in any of the substances, weapons, and ammunition mentioned herein, he shall suffer, in addition to the penalties indicated, special disqualification from engaging in his industry or trade for a period of 12 to 20 years.
