1. Those who cause damage that interrupts, obstructs, or destroys telecommunications lines or installations, or postal correspondence, shall be punished with imprisonment for one to five years.
2. The same penalty shall apply to those who cause damage to railway lines or cause serious harm to railway traffic in any of the ways provided for in Article 382.
3. The same penalty shall be imposed on those who damage water, gas, or electricity pipelines or transmission lines for populated areas, interrupting or seriously disrupting the supply or service.
