Those who seriously disrupt order in a court hearing, at public events of any authority or corporation, in a polling station, public office or establishment, educational center, or during sporting or cultural events will be punished with imprisonment for three to six months or a fine of six to twelve months. In these cases, a further penalty of being barred from attending places, events, or shows of the same nature for a period of up to three years beyond the imposed prison sentence may also be imposed.
