1. The acts described in Articles 550 and 551 shall also be punished with the penalties specified therein when committed against a member of the Armed Forces who, while in uniform, is performing a legally assigned duty.
2. The same penalties shall be imposed on those who assault, use violence against, or intimidate persons who come to the aid of the authorities, their agents, or officials.
3. The penalties in Articles 550 and 551 shall also be imposed on those who assault, use violence against, or seriously intimidate:
a) Firefighters or members of the medical personnel or rescue teams who are intervening in the event of a disaster, public calamity, or emergency situation, with the aim of preventing them from carrying out their duties.
b) Duly identified private security personnel who carry out private security activities in cooperation with and under the command of the Security Forces and Corps.
