The penalties will be increased by one degree to those provided for in the preceding article whenever the attack is committed:
1. Using weapons or other dangerous objects.
2. When the act of violence is potentially dangerous to human life or could cause serious injury. This includes, in particular, throwing blunt objects or flammable liquids, arson, and the use of explosives.
3. By attacking an authority figure, their agent, or a public official using a motor vehicle.
4. When the acts are carried out during a riot, sit-in, or collective incident within a prison.
