Anyone who, showing disrespect to the memory of the dead, violates graves or tombs, desecrates a corpse or its ashes, or, with intent to insult, destroys, alters or damages funerary urns, pantheons, gravestones or niches, shall be punished with imprisonment for three to five months or a fine of six to ten months.
