Anyone who, through violence, threats, tumult, or force, prevents, interrupts, or disturbs the acts, functions, ceremonies, or manifestations of religious denominations registered in the corresponding public registry of the Ministry of Justice and the Interior, shall be punished with a prison sentence of six months to six years if the act is committed in a place intended for worship, and with a fine of four to ten months if it is carried out in any other place.
