The following shall be subject to a fine of four to ten months:
1. Those who, through violence, intimidation, force, or any other unlawful coercion, prevent a member or members of a religious denomination from practicing the acts proper to the beliefs they profess, or from attending such acts.
2. Those who, by the same means, force another or others to practice or attend acts of worship or rites, or to perform acts revealing whether or not they profess a religion, or to change the religion they profess.
