Those who, through their financial or any other type of cooperation, in any relevant case, facilitate the founding, organization, or activity of the associations included in sections 1 and 3 to 6 of Article 515(*), shall be subject to imprisonment for one to three years, a fine of twelve to twenty-four months, and disqualification from public employment or office for a period of one to four years.
