Any authority or public official who violates the inviolability of the Cortes Generales or of a Legislative Assembly of an Autonomous Community shall be punished with special disqualification from employment or public office for a period of ten to twenty years, without prejudice to any penalties that may apply if the act constitutes another more serious crime.
