1. Anyone who, without being a member of the Congress of Deputies, the Senate, or a Legislative Assembly of an Autonomous Community, seriously disrupts the order of their sessions shall be subject to imprisonment for a term of six months to one year.
2. When the disruption of the order of the sessions referred to in the preceding paragraph is not serious, a fine of six to twelve months shall be imposed.
