1. Anyone who forcibly or intimidates the dwelling of any of the persons mentioned in the preceding articles shall be punished with imprisonment for three to six years. If there is no violence or intimidation, the penalty shall be two to four years.
2. Anyone who seriously threatens any of the persons mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be punished with imprisonment for three to six years, and with imprisonment for one to three years if the threat is minor.
3. Anyone who slanders or insults the King, the Queen, or any of their ascendants or descendants, the Queen Consort or the Consort of the Queen, the Regent or any member of the Regency, or the Prince or Princess of Asturias, in the exercise of their functions or on the occasion thereof, shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to two years if the slander or insult is serious, and with a fine of six to twelve months if it is not.
