Anyone who, through violence or serious intimidation, compels the persons referred to in the preceding articles to perform an act against their will, shall be punished with a prison sentence of eight to twelve years.
In the case provided for in the preceding paragraph, if the violence or intimidation is not serious, the penalty shall be reduced by one degree.
