1. Anyone who causes the King, the Queen, or any of their ascendants or descendants, the Queen Consort or the Consort of the Queen, the Regent or any member of the Regency, or the Prince or Princess of Asturias, injuries as defined in Article 149, shall be punished with imprisonment for fifteen to twenty years.
If the injuries are those defined in Article 150, the punishment shall be imprisonment for eight to fifteen years.
2. Anyone who causes them any other injury shall be punished with imprisonment for four to eight years.
