Those who incite or recruit troops or any other type of armed force to commit the crime of rebellion will be punished as rebels with a prison sentence of five to ten years and absolute disqualification from holding public office for a period of six to twelve years. If the rebellion succeeds, they will be considered instigators and will suffer the penalty stipulated in Article 473.
