1. A witness who intentionally gives false testimony before the International Criminal Court, being obligated to tell the truth under the Court's Statutory Rules and Rules of Procedure and Evidence, shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to two years. If the false testimony is given against the accused, the penalty shall be imprisonment for two to four years. If a conviction results from the testimony, a prison sentence of four to five years shall be imposed.

2. Anyone who submits evidence to the International Criminal Court knowing it to be false or falsified shall be punished with the penalties specified in the preceding paragraph of this Article.

3. Anyone who intentionally destroys or alters evidence, or interferes with the taking of evidence before the International Criminal Court, shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to two years and a fine of seven to twelve months.

4. Anyone who bribes a witness, obstructs their appearance or testimony before the International Criminal Court, or interferes with them, shall be punished with imprisonment for one to four years and a fine of six to 24 months.

5. Anyone who obstructs, bribes, or intimidates an official of the Court, thereby compelling or inducing them to fail to perform their duties or to perform them improperly, shall be punished with imprisonment for one to four years and a fine of six to 24 months.

6. Anyone who retaliates against an official of the International Criminal Court because of the duties performed by that official or another official shall be punished with imprisonment for one to four years and a fine of six to 24 months.

The same penalty shall apply to anyone who retaliates against a witness for their testimony before the Court.

7. Anyone who solicits or accepts a bribe in his capacity as an official of the Court and in connection with his official duties shall be subject to imprisonment for two to five years and a fine of one to three times the value of the bribe solicited or accepted.
