1. Those who violate their sentence, security measure, imprisonment, precautionary measure, escort, or custody shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to one year if they are deprived of their liberty, and with a fine of twelve to twenty-four months in other cases.
2. In all cases, imprisonment for six months to one year shall be imposed on those who violate a sentence contemplated in Article 48 of this Code or a precautionary or security measure of the same nature imposed in criminal proceedings in which the victim is one of the persons referred to in Article 173.2, as well as on those who violate a supervised release order.
3. Those who disable or disrupt the normal functioning of the technical devices that have been installed to monitor compliance with sentences, security measures, or precautionary measures, fail to carry them with them, or omit the measures required to maintain their proper functioning, shall be punished with a fine of six to twelve months.
