1. Any lawyer or legal representative who discloses procedural acts declared secret by the judicial authority shall be punished with a fine of twelve to twenty-four months and special disqualification from employment, public office, profession, or trade for one to four years.

2. If the disclosure of the acts declared secret is carried out by the Judge or a member of the Court, a representative of the Public Prosecutor's Office, a Court Clerk, or any official serving the Administration of Justice, the penalties provided for in Article 417 shall be imposed in their upper half.

3. If the conduct described in the first paragraph is carried out by any other individual involved in the proceedings, the penalty shall be imposed in its lower half.
