1. Anyone who, acting as a lawyer or solicitor in a legal proceeding, abuses their position to destroy, render unusable, or conceal documents or proceedings to which they have been served in that capacity, shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to two years, a fine of seven to twelve months, and special disqualification from practicing their profession, employment, or holding public office for three to six years.
2. If the acts described in paragraph 1 of this article are committed by a private individual, the penalty shall be a fine of three to six months.
