1. Anyone who, through violence or intimidation, attempts to directly or indirectly influence a complainant, party, defendant, lawyer, solicitor, expert, interpreter, or witness in a proceeding to alter their procedural conduct shall be punished with imprisonment for one to four years and a fine of six to twenty-four months. If the perpetrator achieves their objective, the penalty shall be increased by half.
2. The same penalties shall be imposed on anyone who commits any act against life, physical integrity, liberty, sexual freedom, or property, as retaliation against the persons mentioned in the preceding paragraph, for their actions in a judicial proceeding, without prejudice to the penalty corresponding to the offense of which such acts are committed.
