1. Anyone who knowingly presents false witnesses, experts, or interpreters shall be punished with the same penalties established for them in the preceding articles.
2. If the perpetrator of this crime is a lawyer, solicitor, social graduate, or representative of the Public Prosecutor's Office, acting in their professional capacity or in the exercise of their duties, the penalty shall be increased by half in each case, and they shall be subject to special disqualification from public employment or office, profession, or trade for a period of two to four years.
