Those who are accomplices of their spouse or of a person to whom they are linked in a stable relationship of similar affection, of their ascendants, descendants, siblings, by nature, by adoption, or relatives in the same degrees, are exempt from the penalties imposed on those who conceal crimes, with the sole exception of those accomplices who are included in the case of number 1 of article 451.
