Experts, arbitrators, and partitioners who conduct themselves in the manner provided in the preceding article, with respect to the assets or things in whose appraisal, partition, or adjudication they have intervened, and guardians, curators, or executors with respect to those belonging to their wards or estates, and bankruptcy administrators with respect to the assets and rights integrated into the bankruptcy estate, shall be punished with a fine of twelve to twenty-four months and special disqualification from employment or public office, profession or trade, guardianship, tutelage, or curatorship, as the case may be, for a period of three to six years, unless this conduct is sanctioned with a greater penalty in another provision of this Code.
