Those individuals who are accidentally in charge of the dispatch or custody of documents, by commission of the Government or of the authorities or public officials to whom they have been entrusted by reason of their office, and who engage in the conduct described therein, shall be punished with the prison sentences or fines immediately lower than those respectively indicated in the three preceding articles.
