The manufacture, receipt, acquisition, possession, distribution, provision or marketing of tools, materials, instruments, substances, data and computer programs, devices, security elements or any other means designed or adapted specifically for the commission of the crimes described in the previous chapters, will be punished with the penalty indicated in each case for the perpetrators.
