Anyone who creates any false document or document with false content relating to any of the medicines, active substances, excipients, health products, accessories, elements or materials referred to in section 1 of article 362, including their packaging, labeling and instructions for use, in order to commit or facilitate the commission of one of the crimes in article 362, shall be punished with a prison sentence of six months to two years, a fine of six to twelve months and special disqualification from profession or trade of six months to two years.
