The distribution or public dissemination via the internet, telephone, or any other information or communication technology of content specifically intended to promote or facilitate, among minors or persons with disabilities requiring special protection, the consumption of products, preparations, or substances, or the use of techniques for ingesting or disposing of food products whose use is likely to pose a risk to human health, shall be punished with a fine of six to twelve months or imprisonment of one to three years.
The judicial authorities shall order the adoption of the necessary measures for the removal of the content referred to in the preceding paragraph, for the interruption of services that predominantly offer such content, or for the blocking of such services when they are based abroad.
