The arsonist of his own property shall be punished with a prison sentence of one to four years if he has the purpose of defrauding or harming third parties, has caused fraud or harm, there is a danger of spreading to a building, trees or plantation belonging to another, or has seriously harmed the conditions of wildlife, forests or natural spaces.
