In all cases provided for in this section, the Judges or Courts may order that the land classification in areas affected by a forest fire may not be modified for a period of up to thirty years. They may also order that the uses previously carried out in the areas affected by the fire be limited or eliminated, as well as the administrative disposal of the burned timber resulting from the fire.
