Those who set fire to mountains or forests will be punished with imprisonment for one to five years and a fine of twelve to eighteen months.
If there has been danger to the life or physical integrity of persons, the act will be punished in accordance with the provisions of article 351, imposing, in all cases, a fine of twelve to twenty-four months.
