Those who, in the handling, transport or possession of organisms, contravene the established safety rules or measures, specifically endangering the life, physical integrity or health of people, or the environment, will be punished with prison sentences of six months to two years, a fine of six to twelve months, and special disqualification from employment or public office, profession or trade for a period of three to six years.
