1. Those who, by causing explosions or using any other means of similar destructive power, cause the destruction of airports, ports, stations, buildings, public premises, storage facilities containing flammable or explosive materials, communication routes, public transportation, or the sinking or grounding of ships, flooding, explosion of a mine or industrial installation, lifting of railway tracks, malicious alteration of signals used in railway service for the safety of transportation, blowing up of bridges, destruction of public roads, damage to oil pipelines, serious disruption of any kind or means of communication, disruption or interruption of the supply of water, electricity, hydrocarbons, or other essential natural resources, shall be punished with imprisonment for ten to twenty years when the damage necessarily entails a danger to the life or physical integrity of persons.
2. When such danger does not exist, they shall be punished with a prison sentence of four to eight years.
3. If, in addition to the danger, injury to the life, physical integrity or health of persons has occurred, the acts will be punished separately with the penalty corresponding to the crime committed.
