Anyone who, without being included in the previous article, disturbs the operation of a nuclear or radioactive installation, or alters the development of activities involving materials or equipment that produce ionizing radiation, creating a situation of serious danger to the life or health of people, will be punished with a prison sentence of four to ten years, and special disqualification from employment or public office, profession or trade for a period of six to ten years.
