Anyone who, without legal authorization, uses poison, explosives, or other instruments or methods of similar destructive or non-selective effectiveness against wildlife for hunting or fishing, shall be punished with imprisonment for four months to two years or a fine of eight to twenty-four months and, in any case, with special disqualification from practicing their profession or trade and special disqualification from exercising the right to hunt or fish for a period of one to three years, along with the deprivation of the right to possess and carry firearms for the same period. If the damage caused is of considerable importance, the aforementioned prison sentence shall be increased by half.
