Those who, in contravention of the laws or other general provisions, carry out the operation of facilities in which a dangerous activity is carried out or in which dangerous substances or preparations are stored or used in such a way that they cause or may cause substantial damage to the quality of the air, soil or water, to animals or plants, death or serious injury to people, or may seriously harm the balance of natural systems, will be punished with the penalties provided for in Article 325, in their respective cases.
