Anyone who, through gross negligence, causes damage exceeding 400 euros to an archive, registry, museum, library, educational center, scientific office, similar institution, or to property of artistic, historical, cultural, scientific, or monumental value, as well as to archaeological sites, will be punished with a fine of three to 18 months, depending on the importance of the damage.
