Anyone who:
a) Repeatedly employs or gives occupation to foreign citizens who lack a work permit, or
b) employs or gives occupation to a minor who lacks a work permit, shall be punished with a prison sentence of three to eighteen months or a fine of twelve to thirty months, unless the acts are punished with a more serious penalty in another provision of this Code.
